We've had WOW for 2 months our service has gone out multiple times sometimes for days. Anytime I call they can never seem to locate my account so that's 20 minutes there. Then the place service orders and promise someone will show up by 8 pm because a phone outage is a priority issue. Next day I call again because clearly no one came and again they can't find the account and are completely oblivious that there is an issue and no service order appears in their system. Usually by day 3 someone will show up. This is obscene!
My husband is a doctor, I have a ailing mother and a child living abroad, I cannot afford to go days on end without phone service.
