I just had the WORST customer service experience EVER!!My service was interrupted 2 days ago ...

I called today to restore service by paying the past due amount as stated, paid it, got home & still no service! I called customer service for assistance and was told my service was disconnected and the full balance had to be paid in order to restore service!

I was told one thing, paid it & still got no service...I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WOW AGAIN!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of wide open west cable service. Wide Open West needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
