Wide Open West - Instillation promises and wasted time

During my instillation time slot, the technician rang my phone once. When I called back, all l got was voicemail. During my inquiry, they blamed me for not being home. What a scam. If they don't want to do instillations, don't be a tech. Obviously, customer service is a place and not a verb
