Incorrect bill

I spent 2 hours and 22 minutes on hold and speaking with 3 different representatives about an email I received saying I had made changes to my account. I had made no changes online or by speaking with a representative, I also was told I had verbally agreed to a 24 month contract with a $349.00 penalty for cancellation which was about to expire. I was quoted different prices by all three people, including a supervisor. when I requested quote and terms in writing, I was told they could not do that after 30 years as a customer. Also asked for call back from cooperate. Waiting!

Terrible customer service

service not working on hold a hour told they would sent a new remote in 3 too 5 days for one of our tv another tv keeps going to home screen does not stay on station unable to watch our tv yet they do nothing to help This is the worst customer service

My tv will not go on at all

You sent out a service guy and he gives me a new remote and now my tv will not go on. Im not paying for this crap. Fix it.

Pay bill

I tried 3 times to pay my bill. Each call I was on hold for at least 3 hours. After my third call when I was on hold for over 3 hours, I gave up and decided these people do not let you pay your bill. I'm not giving them one cent. In fact, they owe me $50/hr. @ 9 hours = $450.00. If I don't get paid, I'm taking them to small claims court. WOW: worst customer service in the whole open world.

Billing dispute

I requested a service call. The service tech failed to show at the appointed time .I called and asked what happened and no one new what went wrong. I explained I need my service since I work from home. After waiting for a week the tech finally arrived and said he would have to run all new line from the main equipment. At this point I had had enough and told him not to bother as I would be discontinuing my service. On my final bill I recieved a charge of $50.00 for a service call! I could have let him do all the work and then discontinued service,but I didnt feel that would be right.

This company is a "FRAUD" and I will be reporting them to the BBB!!!

I ordered a pair of sandals and when I received a used item that wasn't even delivered in the original box. This company should be prosecuted for "FRAUD". With all people have been through this past year dealing with the pandemic, you should be a shame of yourself for taking advantage of people's hard-earned money. Remember God's watching and "you weep what you sew"!!!

Service not working

After waiting 2 days, technician came and said main box was dead. Maintenance has to repair it. Now I still have to wait at least 1 or 2 days for that. This is not acceptable.

Let the company propose a solution

Poor service and sub-par internet performance (when it works).

We have had good service for about a year and then all of a sudden NONSTOP internet outages, and super slow speeds. After about 10 calls they said the problem was on our side and we spent almost $400 in new equipment just for the issue to persist. Also worth noting that when we do call and they send out a truck to the pole it works - for about a day. I just want what I am paying for.

I'm having the same exact problem. I cancelled my service in March of this year and returned the only equipment that I had, to a "secure" dropbox, as WOW puts it, on the very same day.

The office is located just 5 minutes from my home. Of course, the office itself was closed, but the sign on the door says to put equipment in the drop box. After receiving several bills for the "unreturned" equipment and several phone calls later, I thought the issue had been resolved. Wrong!

I just received a collections notice for $216.00 for unreturned equipment. I am livid. I believe this is a scam from WOW. Since we don't have receipts, they are scamming people out of hundreds of dollars.

I've already sent an email to the CEO and I'm sending a letter to the corporate office today. Good luck.

Cannot get my phone to accept voice mail

Called wow support 4 times. Spent 5 hours on this. My phone will not accept messages. Now they tell me this has to go tier 3 and then they will decide if I need a tech. The hospital has been calling me but how would I know it doesn't show any messages. Girl said she would have tier 3 call me but how will that work when I cannot get messages. I have had wow since 2007 since in the last few years it has gotten really bad. You have 1 1/2 stars, tell you anything? Stay away from Wow

Cannot understand/communicate Customer Service reps

I called concerning my bill increases over the last year. Last June bill was $154.31 now $178.35 !! Trying to find also about new Internet Charges that go into effect June 1st. Been a customer for years !
