Two days before Thanksgiving 2017 my cable goes out.The tech guy comes to our late the next day and switches out our modem which he said was NOT bad but decided to change it anyway.

When he left cable worked for about an hour and stopped again. They sent a signal and it started working. Well today is Thanksgiving and family and friends are here and guess what. NO INTERNET OR CABLE !!

WTF??? Now they are telling me it could be a week before they can get my cable fixed. I cannot believe this BS. First of I I had the hardest time understanding the man and what he was saying.

I didn't want to offend him and ask for someone else so I'm assuming this is what he said. I cannot believe this service anymore.

I now know why these cable companies are loosing their customers.!!!Wish me luck or I'm cancelling all this cable and going with ATT internet and that's all !!!
